By accessing and using the KAMILA website (kamilacouture.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Orders

All orders are placed via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Product images are for illustration purposes; colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.

3. Payment

We accept cash on delivery (UAE), bank transfer (AED), and card payments. Payment must be received before shipping for international orders. All transactions are processed in AED (UAE Dirhams). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen events. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items with original tags attached. Exclusive collection items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Limitation of Liability

KAMILA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of KAMILA and is protected by intellectual property laws.
